In the process of self-awareness, itâs important to validate your emotions, recognize when itâs time to pause and reflect, and distinguish how your inner dialogue is going, how youâre acting, and how youâre feeling.
đ€đ How often do we suppress what we feel or avoid expressing our opinions for fear of making others uncomfortable, without realizing that we end up feeling uncomfortable ourselves for not validating our own emotions?
đ Thatâs why I invite you to create spaces where you can feel and experience your emotions without judgment, simply observing them, to discover what theyâre trying to tell you about yourself.
đ§ đ« You can start by asking yourself questions like:
How am I talking to myself?
How am I feeling right now?
Am I acting in alignment with what I truly want?
This is how, little by little, youâll become aware of what you think and feel, and whether it aligns with your actions.
đ» Additionally, when we recognize ourselves as imperfect human beings who make mistakes but are still capable of growth and transformation, we can observe others with less prejudice and more empathy đ«¶đ».
For there to be a genuine human connection, you must first perceive yourself as human, connecting with your virtues (light) but also with your vulnerabilities or weaknesses (shadows). After all, clouds of smoke exist for a reasonâitâs up to us to discover what theyâre here to teach us.
đ€ïž Today, I extend a hug and lots of encouragement to start the week on the right foot. If you havenât begun to look within, reflect, and create spaces to connect with yourself, I invite you to make today day #1ânot just another day you let slip by.
đđ» Remember: Let your only comparison be with your past self. Donât measure yourself against othersâ journeys, as it only brings confusion and frustration. Everyone moves at their own pace and timeâvalue yours.
đđ» If youâre afraid, try it with fear. Little by little, it will fade as what connects with you in a positive way takes the top spot on your priority list.
đ We build these spaces of psychoeducation and growth for you, to keep working together for healthier minds đ§ đ
